Fedora is early bird Red Hat which is behind most enterprise installs.

Granted, I wouldn’t use Fedora for a server. The release cadence is a little much for that.

Just use Ubuntu though, everyone already does and it’s Debian with the shit you’re going to install anyway.

You’re welcome to use OpenBSD if you like the “good” ole days. The documentation is better than even the rose tinted glasses would suggest. You can even continue using ifconfig (including WiFi!).
