i tried to learn emacs and decided i was too brainlet so i've been using vscodium to learn python instead lol

There's no reason to ever use those editors anyway. If you ever learn vim/emacs key bindings you can use those hot keys in vscode

Yeah, I'm a nerd and I use vscode and intellij with vim mode.

but I also am a brainlet and mainly use dd, yy and pp. Anything more than this is too advanced.

Use pycharm if you're going to exclusively work with python. Pycharm is laser focused for python and has a ton of neat features. Vscodium is good too, but just more general.
