You can dissolve Lego bricks in acetone and use the paste to fix broke things made out of ABS plastic. The reason I say to use Lego is with all of the colors available you can mix to create a perfect match. I use it a lot when restoring vintage car interior parts.

Different types of plastics and their properties are fun. Learning how to identify and heat-weld or solvent-weld different types of plastics can save a ton of money fixing and modifying things that would otherwise go to a landfill. I’ve pulled over on the freeway many times to grab a chunk of bumper to shred into strips and use for repairs.
