When I was about 15 I used to post on one of those mid 2000s style forums that everyone used to use before social media. At some point towards the late 2000s I found imageboards and never really touched regular forums again. Sometimes I go back to that old site though and it's still up, still in its web 1.0 format with the same old posters that have been there for decades now. A lot of people adopt the old person type mindset of being stuck doing whatever they were doing when they were 20 for the rest of their lives, websites included.
