Dude why are you still coping with oil refineries? It's been over 6 months now. Those oil refineries hits in the end were overhyped just as spring counteroffensive. Also since you ain't living in Ukraine let's see the fantasy best case scenario for khohols, they destroy all oil refinery. Price for oil will go up around the world and Russia still will have oil refineries because they control the post Soviet refineries in Belarus, Kazakhstan and etc and since Russia is an cartel player in that market it will get hit less than rest of the world.
I mean you never asked your self why US asked Ukraine not to do this ?
