No it's not the video of that fat black missile hitting a hospital it's a video of that missile pumping and military factory and killing at least 40 workers.

Here is the missile that supposedly hit the hospital, it lost quite weight and got taller and managed to kill zero children 
So insiders saying during the NATO summit Zelenskyy offered to start investigating but Biden told no it would be bad for NASAM rep

Read my original post. I wrote that nato was against opening investigations and that story will basically get buried after it failed at its shock content expectation.
Just remember what happened on the the moment it happened tons of article that Russia deliberately and directly hit an children hospital and that on WHOLE Ukraine many people died including 4 children (but as mentioned non in that hospital) they also showed those pictured everywhere
Because that's the hospital. That's where the beds are. The reality is also that it's de facto probably ain't even children hospital in 2022 2/3 of Ukrainian children were already outside Ukraine and sending cancer children to the west would been a priority.
