I'm ""friends"" with someone who loves these fricking wojaks.

He posts them constantly, huge batches of 25+ images in a go, all of them fricked up hideous MSPaint redraws of ladybugs or cows or videogames or whatever. The ugliest shit imaginable, and he giggles like an r-slur at them. He sees a picture of a soijak with the caption "BILLIOSN MUST BEE EXTERMINATED" and he won't shut up about it for a week, trotting out the same catchphrases. "Nice to PEE here!" "CHEESED to meet you!" Devoid of any context and then giggling to himself. No one else laughs.

He browses on his phone. He has 2 gigabytes of these things saved. He failed out of college and got fired for his nepotism delivery job because he was drinking on the job while driving the company car. He is the stupidest person I have ever met. He is who I think of every time I see these posted.
