As we are de-planing a younger fan, probably about 15, asks if he can get a picture with him as they're exiting the plane. Virgil perks up and says, "Absolutely, but let's get off the plane first" and we start moving toward the exit, me right behind Virgil. As we are walking off we're still talking and I ask, "Do you get asked for pictures a lot?" and Virgil looks right at me and says, "Yeah, and I'm gonna charge him for it!"

After a long weekend of gallivanting around in New Orleans it was finally time to depart the wrestling fantasy land and return to the drudgery of real life in Ohio. I had been able to get a standby ticket from a co-worker of mine on the cheap that was going to get me from New Orleans to Atlanta to Ohio, which probably on a normal Monday morning would be no trouble. This Monday morning, however, was something a tad different in that a good portion of the wrestling world was trying to get out of New Orleans at the same time. Luckily, and thanks to some very helpful people from Delta, I was able to get onto a plane after about 7 hours and made it home that night, but that was not before seeing some pretty unique things at the airport that morning.
