But I did have friend who caught an OUI on a bike like 15 years ago. Dude borrowed a bike just so he wouldn't be driving drunk, cop stopped him cause it was 2 am and the cop thought he was a child because he's the size of a 12 year old. Basically couldn't find a reason to arrest him for anything else. Judge tossed it though and bitched out the cop for being a peepee.

Well I wasn't there but honestly I doubt he was that sloshed, he just got shit luck and knows it. Cops are like drawn to fricking with him. It was neither his first or last time for something like this and a judge tossing it. Dudes even been charged for inciting a riot when there were only 4 people around.
