Whole thing is accurate. You got your redditor in the upper left telling you to RTFM to prove how much smarter he is than you when you were asking for help, you got Ro Prama on the left in the middle who's browsing the site at work and frustrated by either something he read here or something at work, who knows?!
The people in bottom left are all aghast at the latest news, even the one in the middle with a hideous growth on her face, the top middle are a bunch of centrist nihilists who don't give a frick, the guy in the bottom is on acid and doesn't care about anything at all but is nonetheless happy, the one on the right in the middle is poor, and the one on the bottom right is also poor but is posing for a photo after being discovered by a local journ*list while dumpster diving in a bin full of banana peels.
And of course the top right is a guy with two faces. That's like every drama person in one photo. The lady in the middle is obviously just horrified by the degeneracy on display here, which makes her the best of all the people in the picture, except for maybe the nihilists.
