You made the original claim that one side's arguments were fact-based and the others were not, ERGO, the burden of proof is on you. Demonstrate why lib arguments are based in fact, and con arguments are not. You have to prove this about every single argument I listed, accounting for every argument used by both sides for or against them.

I could explain that health care debate in the US is primarily built on emotional arguments

So with that out of the way, here is where you miscalculated: you don't win when you fixate your ADHD on 1 out of 5 bad examples in the argument and ignore everything else you r-slur. Now it's your turn to explain to me how there is not a single lib argument out there re: abortion that is NOT rooted in FACTS and LOGIC. You have, on your own, in the past, stated that libs make delusional arguments in the abortion debate.

Or gun control, which I'm pretty sure you don't even agree with libs on, though it's been a while since I heard you talk about it and your stance on that seems pretty dynamic.

Or illegal immigration, which is entirely built on emotional arguments.
