Like goddammit faculty means teaching and I understand that as a maths you don't want to deal with people but you have to learn to work with other people dipshit, and that means being able to have conversations about controversial subjects without REEEEEEEing at the ideological pomo sjw marxist cabal.
I swear I've had countless conversations on controversial subjects here in Portland without running into drama. Also had loads of drama conversations but those were with the real life instances of the stereotype that are allowed to wander free in Portland until they figure out they're unpopular.
