Fixed! Very helpful report. Best I can tell, streamable links with the /e/ already on them should ~never have worked properly.
The somewhat amusing thing is there was logic to specifically avoid this bug. But there was some copypasta'd URL string replacement that ran before it which caused it to do nothing. Was a good chance to do some refactoring.
