Iโve never had a problem with the notch. You donโt even notice it and the center top of the screen isnโt used for anything anyways. With the notch itโs like you have a little cupholder on each side to hold you battery/signal status and time.

This is the laptop, not the phone. The last model of laptop has a full bezel, this one only has a notch. Seems like a gain to me

But anyway, now you'll get a nice big chunk out of your screen when you watch fullscreen content if you buy the new macbook. I'd rather have a uniform bezel, idc if it's ultra thin or a little thicker i just dont want it to look like I snapped a piece out of the screen lol
