I'm not going to pull a Bardfinn here your thesis is that he did it a lot or that he somehow deserved it.

mine is that he didn't

You cant prove a negative all i can say is that one iffy comment once doesnt deprive you of your right to trial by jury (no he didnt have a trial by jury he was ruled guilty without trial. They only did the damages portion by jury)
