a shit fest

I don't know if you know just how much of a shitfest it was but just in case you missed this, I have to share. So to set up this video: This is the deposition of Daria Karpova in Heslin v. Jones. She was hired to represent Free Speech Systems as their corporate rep after the first two (Rob Dew and Brittney Paz) showed up to their depos completely unprepared. I don't want to spoil what happened next because it's hilarious.

The whole depo is amazing (as are all the depos in this case) but this is definitely my favorite moment.

I have not seen this one yet, but I know what Sunday movie night is going to be :marseypopcorntime:

Another great part is when the reps claim that FSS doesn't track sales numbers :surejan:

Of course that was proven to be a lie.

I've watched all of the depos and they're amazing. That's why I can't help but laugh at the tards saying the default judgment wasn't fair. Like dude, if you tell the court to frick off for for years even though they give you every chance to cure and stop being an butthole, you don't get to act all indignant that the court gets sick of your shit and defaults you.

I love doing depos during cases personally. Mostly because they are all billable, and I frequently get to watch people talk themselves into a ditch. Happens a lot.

I bet. I love watching a good depo because I'm a weird freak. I think the Lil Wayne and Roger Stone depos are my favorites.

Florida doesn't let you just take the bar without going to law school and I don't want to put myself into debt :marseycry: :marseyitsover:

Florida has some shitty law schools that hand out fat scholarships. If you butcher the LSAT, some might give pretty close to a full ride. Although in fairness it may have changed since I went through in the early 2000s :marseyshrug:
