Molotov lawyers: years in prison

Capitol selfie takers: probation

How are they getting less time than probation?

You mean the guy that admitted to being one of the main instigators, rilled up the crowd for violence, and left a threatening letter for the vice president got a stiff sentence? No way!

Also, he got three years, not ten

So throwing burning bombs that kill cops are not threatening power. So then BLM and itโ€™s defund the police is not threatening power?

They set fire to a car. So unless the car was named KITT, no cops died.

SO THEN BLM AND ITโ€™S DEFUND THE POLICE IS NOT THREATENING POWER?

It is. Where did you get the idea I would think it wasn't?

The fire bomb was thrown at cops during a BLM defund the police riot. If they are threatening power shouldnโ€™t they get more time in jail than a qanon shamon taking selfies on jan6?

It was thrown into an empty cop car. It's in the article

TAKING SELFIES ON JAN6?

He did more than that, though.

I think inciting a riot that breaks into the capitol, destroys property, threatens the peaceful transfer of power, and leaving threatening notes for the vice president, is actually worse than setting cop car on fire. At least as far as threatening power goes. Seems like they'll get about equivalent sentences so what's your problem?

It seems like you can't be objective because your side being right is more important than honestly looking at what happened. It's clear from your repeated downplaying of January 6th while trying to act like the fire bombers killed a bunch of cops. Have you considered less wingcuckery?
