Improved memory, focus, clearer inner noise, sleep paralysis receded within a day, improving writing everyday. I will probably do the rdrama fundraiser for my project by the end of the month.

All the other stuff has been ongoing for years. The sleep paralysis one I guess I just needed to reorient my mind with the help of external voices. So it got the job done. Now at worst my character within the dream has a sleep paralysis episode which usually means it's getting buried deeper in my psyche and will soon disappear entirely
