banning property rights does not mean no property, it means you can't use violence to defend property. you can still use things, just not enforce exclusivity. if society actually produces enough for everyone, then you can pragmatically have your own things, because it's simply easier to use "your" things and those of others. this will incentivize production processes that produce wealth for all, instead of wealth for a few, and just enough for the rest to keep them in line with the violence that underwrites societal functioning.

will some people just leech? probably, but it would very likely be a negligible percentage, and come with social costs that make it ultimately not worth it. with modern technology we can create a very detailed record of who made/did what, and who used/consumed what, and with that, alongside social reinforcement, create strong incentives to keep societal functional.

and probably a lot more functional than capitalism, because allowing complete vertical integration of all our production processes will produce an efficiency the likes of which has never been seen.

Seems that people with no property do most the breeding, and middle/upper class only hold off so they can maintain their wealth.

people who spend more time self-actualizing, because they have the resources to do so, tend not to over breed.

they also have more time to care about their environment.
