No, it's not a made up term, it's used in forensic accounting to find fraud, does not work for elections for various reasons, and even if it did they applied it incorrectly.

A) there is no video evidence, any video evidence that did exist was completely and irrefutably debunked by law enforcement.

B) There were no strange numbers, ouside of the norm.

C) There are no credible witnesses, even the best ones they could find showed up on national TV and their evidence amounted to "we saw an asian guy."
