Fine dining is often worthy of tipping because of the amount of information you can get from a knowledgeable wait staff that will enhance your experience. 90% of "servers" I encounter are not enhancing my experience no matter how much I engage. Most of the time they don't know what's in the dishes, how it tastes, etc etc. Worst ones are the ones who suggest the most expensive dish but can't really explain why. You are just conditioned to this because you're "weird" if you don't. In reality, y'all are just trying to emulate vain rich people behavior. It's pretty sad. (-1)

Where are you eating out. The restaurant is not offering fair wages first of all. Clearly you have a low opinion of the people serving you.
