Mothman was an early test of an autonomous drone (possibly cybernetic)

Mothman is a fairly well known cryptid that was seen multiple times in West Virginia during the winter of 1966. It's been characterized as a large bird, with about a ten foot wingspan, and notably, large glowing eyes.

It's pretty obvious that something weird was going on here. The official story is that it was some kind of big heron that stopped into the area, which is pretty clearly bullshit. A heron doesn't have eyes like that and it wouldn't have been this notable. But multiple people saw this thing, and they all described it the same way, though it was at night. So what was it?

I was pondering this question over some beers last night, and I think I've got it figured out. The key is the eyes. Here's some quotes from witnesses.

"large bird with red eyes"

"its eyes glowed like bicycle reflectors"

"eyes glowed red"

Three sightings, same description. Now, my though is, what if those weren't eyes? What if they were sensors? What if they were electronic parts? I think this is evidence of early drone tech being utilized by the government.

It's also worth noting that the first sitting took place

"in an area outside of town known as "the TNT area", the site of a former World War II munitions plant."

This was only twenty years after WW2, how do we know there wasnt an underground research facility underneath the "abandoned" munitions plant? It's government property.

This whole line of reasoning leads us to one critical question; why did the government use this drone to destroy the Silver Bridge and kill 47 people?

Word is bond son

To be honest it's kinda corny like those late 90's early 00's gangsta movies. But it's interesting and nostalgic enough to keep me watching.
