4. actively work to get all Indian citizens out of Russia

5. offer us access to European/ US markets at favourable conditions

6. agree to actively support indias claim to kashmir as valid

7. guarantee military support in any conflict against china/add India as NATO member

You could try offering a combination of these and see how that goes, because you rslurs are asking India to antagonize 3 nuclear powers on its continent while it has a conservative government in power back home.
