I started off super strict with diet, exercise, and sleep but after getting initial results and the habits down, I've scaled back without issue. I haven't measures recently, but as of my last measurement I've gained 15 mm in length and 1 cm in girth (guessing mainly EQ gains since I didn't do any SABRE up until now).
