If you go into spy x family with the expectation of it being a pretty decent show all around, then it's pretty good imo. It's way overhyped though.

Spy x family is a show that has interesting premise at first but then it just gets into a loop of the same repetitive jokes all the time with no real progression. It starts originally but then it just stays the same

jokes were a miss for me from the start. Most of them felt incredibly forced and out of place, not to mention the whole "shock" sound being played like a laugh track trying to tell you that you have to laugh now.
All it did was make me appreciate TEIS's humour much more.
