time lost the plot a few seasons 
before 
it ended. It was supposed to be cosmic 
horror 
in the background that the kids were oblivious to. It was a pretty 
interesting 
narrative device where 
you show unspeakable horrors in the background then just have the kids laugh 
it all off while they have childrens adventures in the foreground. Once they were traumatized 
by everything they saw it just got dumb and boring.
