Should Happy Sugar Life Have Been Taken Down?

I've seen that many describe this series as libertarian bait, which is certainly defendable, but the show was wiped off of Hulu or wherever I'd watched a few episodes of it due to inappropriate content. It was appropriate enough to be serialized and animated, though? Is this a lack of oversight, a cultural clash, or just too high of a dose of weeb juice in one show for !burgers?

Btw when are we going to NOT see so many pink haired anime girls? They're the new blondes I swear

(Yes I know this happened a while ago, but I think this series was actually poignant.) Anyone else catch this one while it was available? :marseyflirt:

It was meh. I watched it thinking it would have been like other psychological anime :marseylain: but it was just the classic pink-haired :animepixellick: yandere :marseycommittedwoman: anime :marseysharingan: trope (e.g. Mirai Nikki, Elfen Lied). It was mediocre in the gore :bloodbath: department, it was also mediocre as a psychological anime :marseyreze:, and tried too hard in other departments. I sort of liked it though because of how absurd :marseytrollclown: it was I laughed :marseylaugh: throughout the entire time that I watched it (so bad it was funny)

Also what's stopping you from torrenting :marseypirate: or streaming it :marseysurftheweb: lol

I liked the absurdity, too. Ive decided to go back and read the manga later instead of streaming it. I'm interested in the mangaka's style :marseygeisha:
