i felt that way about the manga where there wasn't as much humour to break up the constant stream of Ls tomoko takes, but the anime cracks me up. She's a really good character.
If I watched Nichijou sober it would have been different, but after day drinking and
it was great. It's just bizarre non sequitors and absolutely no plot

Yeah but I prefer POS characters to actually slowly improve, whereas Tomoko just never does.
It's why Tomodachi, 8man, and Bocchi are better characters - they actually want to fix their flaws.

Valid, and my biggest gripe with the manga. I've been told that later on in the manga she does improve but it's apparently such a slow process I'm never going to bother reading it.
The anime is a one note joke and I'm glad it's only 12 episodes, but I'm really enjoying it.
