Started watching 'Tokidoki Bosotto Russia-go de Dereru Tonari no Alya-san', so far its...okay I guess, though I kinda got tired of the shtick by episode two and wanted him to tell her he understands her. Apart from that it seems like it will be a generic romcom show.

I'm like halfway through Legend of the Galactic Heroes, absolute kino, it's so good :marseyfluffy:

Has anyone watched the remake? (no spoilers please) I tried the first couple episodes and thought it was aiight, but didn't like the new character designs, they look extremely generic/formulaic compared to the original :marseythinkorino:

The space battles are too fast and close together in the remake. The originals battles are great because it's sci-fi novel style massive formations and huge distances. Making it look like star wars defeats the point.
