I am so tired of people saying that Frieren is a good show. It sucks. Are people so lost these days that they think a 5 out of 10 show has Breaking Bad levels of writing? Maybe not normies but in the anime world so many meh/10 shows get tons of attention and praise.

It's easy to make a comparison with real life when demons are also represented in the form of well spoken humans.
Frieren says clearly that demons are an inherently evil race, that everything they say is only meant to deceive people, that no matter what they claim (oh we're not harming anyone, we just want to live in peace with you) its impossible for humans and demons to live together and that all communities that try that eventually end up destroyed. For these reasons, they must be dealt with immediately.
