So
Backstory
Instead of finishing a work project I was scrolling on Reddit and one thing led to another and I came across this anime called RWBY with a really nutty community. Apparently it's some ULTRA-woke American thing and it's online only and the episodes are only like 10 minutes long. The community has been waiting 2 years for the next season which keeps getting pushed back and is now slated for a 2023 release. They are screeching at anyone who dares to question how a handful of 10-minute-long episodes takes 3 years to produce, because suggesting that the people getting paid to make it actually do work is inhumane and would lead to crunch and trauma (because covid) or whatever. I fell down a few rabbit holes and I will post about them at a later date if I remember but it's more of a collective thing than any one individual thread or tweet so maybe not.
Anyway.
People also apparently get very angry when you call RWBY anime, because it's American. And I am very certain that the woke factor + foid shit will make it absolutely atrocious. And I kind of like the idea of being able to bring it up and shit on weebs by explaining that anime is objectively garbage and yes now I've given it a try, with RWBY.
Should I watch RWBY through work for a few days?

Rwby is really bad. I would be impressed if you manage to sit through two episodes.

Yeah but capeshit is graphically beautiful (thanks, cgi slaves). That gif looks like dog shit and the story is probably worse.
I'd rather watch pretty nonsense than ugly nonsense
