I dont really have much to talk about this week. I watched the first few episodes of 'NHK ni yokoso' (3 I think), but didnt have time to watch more this week. So far idk if I like it, its really awkward sometimes, and I found the (pretty loud) music that often plays in the background annoying. I will keep watching for now though.
For suggestions, I think the best way to do it is pool suggestions one week, than cast a vote on those suggestions next week. That way there should be a discussion every two weeks
So, if you have an anime that you would like everyone to watch and discuss, put it in the comments.

Overlord is not bad but also overrated.
Tentai Senshi Sunred is best in small doses.
Blade of the Immortal is good fun samurai fights. Rated at 6.7/10, but in reality that's better than 80% of all anime.
This is neco arc:

Whats interesting (well I never thought about it) about Overlord is that its probably not even an Isekai. Momonga doesnt have a soul, he is just an Undead with the memories of a human player from a MMORPG. There is a high probability he is his own entire identity and that the original human man still exists in the real world. There is no soul or humanity in him which is why he lost his grasp on it.

Maybe, but he seems to have his humanity because the narrator constantly mentions how weird it is that he doesn't feel so bad about the humans he kills. There's also that 'green aura' that kicks in whenever he feels too strongly about something. He does a lot of second-guessing in his original human voice too. So, it seems like it's a person trapped in the confines of a character (or he's memories of a person but can't prove that either way). It's isekai enough because of the D&D fantasy theme.

Knowledge of what humanity is =/ humanity. He knows what is wrong bht he acknowledges he doesnt care.
