Rewatched NHK, Chapose and others were right, the beginning really drags, but once Satou starts actually trying to do stuff instead of being an incel in his house it picks up. Misaki is still a top tier evil woman and I love her, though I've heard she's worse in the manga/ln, but I don't really care to read that at the moment.

Watched the new dragon ball movie in theaters with a few friends, the animation and action was cool but the plot was beyond r-slurred. They literally made Gohan Blanco real

I must be a weird Gundam fan because I find myself enjoying Victory Gundam. I’m still not at the halfway point and I’m excited for the deaths to finally start piling up.

I also like SEED Destiny so far. I was just going to watch the movies, but I accidentally let my Crunchyroll trial renew so I might as well watch what they have. I’m on episode 15. I’ve noticed they haven’t focused too much on Shinn, but then again ensemble casts make more sense for stories that cover entire wars.

I watched the first few episodes. Its extremely ponderous but I liked it but I just don't care anymore so I didn't keep watching it.

My copy of Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou finally came. This is the only good manga. Words cannot describe how much I love it. Sadly, it will take years for a complete release but I can wait.

Read some Kaiji and One Piss too as I was not up to date.

@Chapose If we’re still taking suggestions, we should watch the Gundam War in the Pocket OVA. It’s dope and, like, meaningful and stuff. It’s also only the length of a movie when put together.

And no, I won’t suggest anything besides Gundam.

watched Mushoku tensei and it ended up exactly as I expected from what everyone talks about it. Insane quality shots and worldbuilding with the mandatory degenerate moment every episode. If thats enough to gatekeep it from being mainstream then great.

I read fire punch and its such a holy shit type of story. It definitely made my dream that night weird as heck.

I ended up binging a bunch of old OVAs from the 80s: Lily C.A.T. if you felt Alien should have John Carpenter's the Thing in it, Demon City Shinjuku which felt like it should have been like three OVAs it moves a little fast, Wicked City which was fricking weird and full of peepee tentacles, vagina monsters, and vaginas with teeth.
