Alright I actually watched the thing. Visually speaking it was top notch. The characters and action sequences are crisp and eye catching.

I’m confused about the main character. Is it going to be a literal child, or will she be a teenager by the time the main story gets going? Either way I’m kind of tired of child soldier protagonists. I know it’s Gundam’s thing, but it’s also repetitive by this point.

Animation is beautiful, designs are great. I do like the more modern UIs. I thought I was going to hate the art, its done by the Build Fighter team and is very kiddy.

She will be a teenager, this was set 10 ish years before the start and be piloting Gundam Aerial.

I am really happy to see the main characters using Fins/Funnels/Bits early, I always thought they were cool but they usually get stuck late in the series and rarely by protagonists.

Tbh I’m still trying to get through all the preexisting Gundam media. I’ll just watch Witch from Mercury whenever I get around to it.
