It's one of the reasons I do these sorts of explainer threads so often! It's the kind of thing where no one understands the degree of difficulty of the problem, and I was one of the people who was in that first terrible wave of T&S before there really were best practices established

The pay is terrible, the working conditions are awful, and very, very few companies give it anywhere near the credit they deserve.
