i've been feeling like a worthless anxious piece of shit all day and i woke up still in it. i feel burdensome and unworthy - very much the opposite of how i've felt for the last several weeks

blergh. the anxiety has dissipated for the most part but now i'm just a drained husk of sadness. i need answers to questions i'll likely never get and probably don't actually want. i hate that they live rent free in my head taking up space. i put so much love and energy into them all for nothing 😮‍💨😥😩

in all serious, do you have precious memories with them? times of joy that you can think of? then the energy you put in wasn't wasted. very few relationships last forever, and the best thing we can do is remember the good and not dwell on the bad
