The Hindustani & Urdu & Hinglish speakers on Reddit never reported violent hate speech & harassment in those subreddits, either — but, when the Perspective API started to cover Hindi & Hinglish, those subs' toxicity dropped like a rock & subreddits got closed, b/c of automated enforcement

Perspective is the "exception": Ethical and Accurate Use of AI — by training an LLM on content removed & classified by human moderators, the trolls trained AI to detect their toxic speech and behaviour. And, perfectly ethical, since the speech violated the AUPs, & Equity Serves Clean Hands.
