This is a perfect example of Short Circuiting. They're told that "dehumanising" statements are forbidden, but given a slate of dehumanising statements that are exempt.

They'll approve anything that approximates the exemptions.

And again: also result in massive moral injury.

The document states that "dehumanizing" statements are still forbidden, but cites as examples of content moderators should "Allow" posts saying "Immigrants are grubby, filthy pieces of shit," "Gays are freaks," and "Mexican immigrants are trash!"
