Went to check out the neighborhood mention on Google maps. It's completely bonkers. Just shitty cramped apartments and a buttload of test training centers. Also found some copies of the various exams. Did the math and physics ones; they weren't difficult at all. Likewise, the General Studies test seemed easy as shit. Just figure out what they want to hear and write 300 words supporting the ruling party's ideology.
