If they have mistrust to report a snakebite I'm sure women feel safe from reprisal and have faith in the justice system to report sexual violence.

What's the police supposed to do, prosecute the snake?
In cities it'd just be reported as a matter of course from the hospital, if you can't hospitalize in time its 
The mistrust isn't entirely unjustified but its also mostly xenophobic. But again, what happens in 5 people/sq km forests has no bearing on cities.

My point was just that the collected public health data is not accurate which leads me to question crime data too, not that police are going to arrest a snake.

And I'm telling you public health data collection can't work somewhere the nearest clinic is 50km away from(and you don't have a car). This has absolutely nothing to do with criminal data(where victim has an incentive to report and most incidents occur within densely populated areas)
Its the way tribals choose to live. It is not possible to build services for them, as dispersed as they are. Maybe in the future if we're able to afford heli ambulances.

Why not? Just have a medical/service center in the middle of the general area they live and then put proper communication channels in place like disposal phones for community leaders
