It's just part of my day, 3km run, 60 min shadow boxing with every 5 min rest 1 min where I do 20pull ups in one go 5 times and 5 times 30 push-ups in one go and then 15 min stretching. Normally I then go to my gym bad because of exams I missed December and January and now want to gaym couple 2 weeks before going back to gym
