For you terminally online people that are incessantly hitting F5 to see if there are new comments on a post, now you just need to look at a number!

You should already see it.

PS: If you are too annoyed by it, you can disable it in the settings, by disabling the 'HIGHLIGHT NEW COMMENTS' setting

The option was already present, I just added the (+3) to be under that option umbrella too. I didn't want to create another one for this purpose alone
