I use an app called 'picsart' for image editing and 'picsart color' for drawing. They work pretty well (and all free), and its all drawing with your fingers just like in kindergarden :marseyexcited:

The first 2 work like pause and unpausable - first makes it possible to turn off someone's profile CSS and second makes your own profile CSS immune to it. CSS ban removes the receiver's CSS for everyone for, say, a week
