So basically now the anchor element that contains the username is now a proper anchor with its own href pointing to the user's profile, as shown in pic.
If you click normally, the default behaviour is suppressed and the good ol' modal is shown; otherwise if you click with the middle mouse button or with the primary button but with ctrl, meta, alt or shift key pressed it'll bypass the modal logic and open the profile directly according to your browser's default behaviour!
