What determines you giving them dry food. It looks like there's a wet food bowl to the side.

We offer both wet food and dry kibble every other feeding interval.

Kittens need minimum 4 "meals," but obviously we're growing chonks

Btw, the blue bowl is dirty, I had just set it aside for washing

I give mine wet food because that's what she started on by accident, but also to keep her hydrated. I attribute it to her pee not smelling as bad as other cat pee I've smelled.

Though other cat pee I've smelled has probably been in places where it really repeated and saturated, so maybe all cat pee doesn't smell as bad as I think.

My vet told me the kibble gets them to gain faster, but the wet food is optional in summers for those with access to kibble.
