He's spot on. Brazil's last right wing administration was mostly hijacked by the woke right. Not a single government job was cut, Christian evangelics dominated congress, paramilitary groups (ex-cops) had free reign in cities.

Distributism is such a marginal econ philosophy that is only taken seriously by a handful of traditional Catholics. Are you figuring this stuff out as you go along? Thats what it feels like. Im an r-slur but you gave zero thought to the parameters of this "woke right" moniker

Capitalism is always going to be replaced by socialism in the long run. The US just hasn't reached the limits of capitalism so far so we still have capitalism going strong. Even so the US state continues to become more and more socialist decade by decade with how much welfare and support to the population it provides in ever increasing quantities.
