i watch whiteman's videos because they're moderately entertaining but i would never cook anything he makes because he's way too tryhard
my favorite youtube chef rn is probably adam ragusea, he packs so much information into short and approachable videos, one of his ten minute videos probably has more useful information in it for the average person than a two hour ten video series from most youtubers
