StarryAI is the first step. I grabbed the original gigachad images and prompted the app to turn them into Biden/Obama. The app gives you 5 free credits per day, which lets you get 4 images per prompt or you can use 2 credits to get 8 at once. It used to let you spam ads and get an additional 20 credits daily but they killed that a couple weeks ago. I tanked most of mine making porn and the presidential images.

Then I used http://Kapwing.com to layer the 4 images (2 seconds each) to add the sliding effect (it's actually a zoom effect but I kept the sizes the same and just changed the locations) and add the transitions at the start and end of each image. It's either called Fade or Blur. Make sure to choose the option for a blank background so it looks this way. You can leave a white background and it'll flash more. I exported as a gif, and intentionally had used a default size that was taller than the images because the free version adds a watermark. StarryAI exports to 4:5 Tall unless you pay, so I used like 9:16 Tall on Kapwing.

Then I took that gif to http://EZgif.com and cropped out the watermark and reduced the size to <8 to share here and on groomercord.

Here are my prompts for them in order:

Sliding right:

What I did was give the AI the original gigachad images and then instructed it to turn them into Obama/Biden.

StarryAI will totally render something from scratch, and you'll get very broad stuff based on that which can help you refine your inputs. You can even evolve one of them that gets your interest and give additional details to the original prompt -- as well as a separate line of instructions to remove things you don't want -- and it will work variations from that specific image. The results will be very tight around the same image.

You can also add an image and do text. That's what I did. I rejected a lot of them and kept the best.

This one of Biden was the keeper. I liked everything about it, even though I didn't ask for the flag pin. I almost didn't use it, but that "presidential factor" was too god to pass up.
