So far I have a scene where there is a black female character in the group of protagonists (she comes out later that she's transgender) and the fight seems evenly matched with the bad guys, but then a LOT more bad guys show up and the fight starts to turn in their direction, so this character says (really blackly) "aww HECK nawh!" and gets this burst of energy and nearly single-handedly kills all the bad guys and saves the day, and when the noise has cleared one of the white men says something quirky to her like "well THAT was unexpected!"
That's pretty much what I've got so far, just need help with the rest of the movie.

Have you considered having her bring on tons of transpeople to team up to defeat the group? Like maybe have a drag queen story hour empty out and the queens all attack.
