The soups are made in a gigantic pot and then nuked before serving.
They are actually much less egregious violators wrt to microwaving everything than red lobster. Red lobster's line has like 10 microwaves

I absolutely do not understand why you would go to a pasta place that doesn't make the pasta in house. Italian food is great but it is way easier and lower effort than other national cuisine. If the restaurant isn't even going to put in the effort to do the one time consuming part of the food, why should I pay them a premium?

The worst restaurant experience I ever had was from a waitress at a BWW in Cleveland.
She didn't take our drink order for 20 minutes, took another 20 to get our beers and then didn't come back for food.
The person who grabbed our groups bill said she changed her tip to $20 or something too - absolutely insane
